* Improved Windows Modern mode.
* Windows Modern mode is no longer completely broken in some browser and OS themes.
* Menubar text glow option added to settings.
* Slight translucency in r3dfox theme brought back. (No idea why I removed it in the first place)
* Native menu arrows show on native menu lists now.
* Fixed excess context menu padding, especially in classic theme."
